1. Mechanical Engineer

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as related position in Engineering and Construction of Mining Building Facilities or Mining Industrial Plants
• Competencies:
  • a. Deeply understanding into Mechanical Engineering and Construction Code and Standard, Mechanical design and maintenance.
  • b. Deeply understanding Mechanical Project Schedule, Mechanical Quality management system.
  • c. Good command in English both verbal and written

Job Descriptions

• Review Mechanical design from consultant to make sure design is constructability and meet user requirements
• Supervise Mechanical work during construction, perform technical assistance during tender process and construction pre-execution
• Accountable to evaluate and resolve various mechanical technical issues during project execution and complete commissioning
• Good coordination and communication of all project stakeholders refer project requirement

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for managing coal mining operations in order to achieve the most effective cost outcomes.
• Managing the implementation of “best practice” principles and operational technical in a multi-discipline environment to deliver required outcomes.
• Monitor performance of mining operation activities and seek ways to improve on any section underperformance activities or non-compliance to short term mining plans.
• Monitor Mine Contractors performance in relation to agreed mine production targets and all related KPI’s.
• Responsible for achieving production targets set by senior management in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner and empowered to seek improvements where required through increased productivity levels, utilisation or any other means deemed suitable.
• Responsible for day today operation in terms of managing the mine activities in order to achieve the target as defined by the company from time to time.
• Managing accurate records of project progress and strong focus on effective planning and continuous improvement. Provide updated information related with mining regulations; provide advice and recommendation for management, related with mining business operations.
• Lead and manage operational activities to ensure that targets on production, safety, reporting maintenance, manpower and financial / commercial outcomes are met.
• Responsible for cost control in all aspect.
• Represent company, provide information, documentation in any discussions with Mines Department Official.

3. Construction Manager Mechanical

Qualifications

• Placement: Bengalon
• 15+ years’ experience in Mechanical Coal Processing, Overland conveyor, Bulk Material Handling, Piping engineering and construction project management
• Strong leadership; managed big workers team and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams
• Skilled in project planning, budgeting, scheduling (S-curve, Gantt), and risk control
• Proficient in FIDIC 2017, SNI, ASTM, ASME, ANSI standards
• Software skills: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project
• Experienced in QA/QC systems, FAT testing, and construction compliance
• Effective in handling stakeholder communication, variations & contract management

Job Descriptions

• Lead and manage EPC construction projects (Coal processing Plant and Bulk Material handling, Overland Conveyor)
• Prepare and control project planning, including design coordination, schedule (S-curve, Gantt), and work methods
• Supervise site execution to ensure structural quality, safety, and compliance with SNI, ASTM, ASME, ANSI
• Conduct budget control, cost estimation, and risk mitigation
• Oversee QA/QC procedures, inspections, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC 2017 and other contract standards for claims, VO, and documentation
• Provide technical solutions to challenges during construction, and ensure final handover readiness

4. Long Term Mine Planning

Qualifications

• Placement: Jakarta
• S1/S2 Bachelor degree of Mine Engineering/ Geological Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mine Planning Engineer in the area of mining environment / an open-pit mining operation in a large Mining Group/Company
• Proven skills in Mine Planning tools utilising software (Preferable Minescape Software), MineX – SPY
• Having strong knowledge of Geological, Geotechnical & Survey data Interpretation.
• Understand the concept of mining economics, mine dewatering plan, hydrological and geotechnical concepts
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical, reporting and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa both verbal and written; and computer literate
• High motivated and willingness to learn to make continuous improvement

Job Descriptions

• Develop an optimum Long Term mine plan based on the company strategy in accordance with applicable standards & regulations
• Undertake pit optimization, long term mine schedule, design and coal reserve estimation based on KCMI
• Codes in accordance with established planning policies and guidance
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for mine expansion and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to undertake the risk analysis, opportunities & contingency plan against assumptions & Parameter (What can go Wrong Analysis)

5. Geotechnical Engineer

Qualifications

• Placement: Jakarta
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil atau Geoteknik.
• Pengalaman 5 tahun dalam menangani isu geoteknik di proyek tambang atau infrastruktur industri.
• Menguasai analisis geoteknik termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, stabilitas lereng, perbaikan tanah, pondasi dalam, dan analisis tekuk lainnya yang relevan.
• Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan perangkat lunak Geo5, Slide, dan AutoCAD.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam menginterpretasikan hasil SPT, CPT, borehole, dan uji laboratorium.
• Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang kuat untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan teknis.
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke site Nusantara.

Job Descriptions

• Melaksanakan dan bertanggung jawab atas analisis geoteknik untuk proyek infrastruktur tambang, termasuk evaluasi kestabilan lereng, analisis daya dukung pondasi, serta interaksi tanah-struktur sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan teknis.
• Merencanakan dan mengendalikan kegiatan investigasi tanah seperti drilling SPT, CPT, test pit, dan pengujian laboratorium, serta memastikan kualitas, konsistensi, dan keandalan data geoteknik yang diperoleh.
• Melakukan review mendalam terhadap desain, laporan, dan rekomendasi yang disusun konsultan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar teknis, biaya, dan kebutuhan proyek.
• Mampu memberikan masukan konstruktif dalam aspek geoteknik untuk melakukan optimasi desain dan metode konstruksi yang sesuai dengan regulasi, termasuk aspek keamanan, kualitas, dan efisiensi.

Qualifications

• Placement: Site Wahau – Askara
• At least 3 years of experience in document control within the construction or mining industries.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, OPMS).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management software.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee the registration, storage, and retrieval of all project documents including drawings, contracts, reports, permits, and specifications.
• Maintain an up-to-date electronic and physical filing system for both hard copy and digital documentation.
• Ensure all documents comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements. Implement document control procedures to prevent the loss or misplacement of crucial project information.
• Maintain version control of all documentation, ensuring that only the latest approved documents are in circulation.
• Track document changes, revisions, and updates, and ensure all stakeholders are notified.
• Assist project engineers and other stakeholders in managing technical documents and specifications for construction and mining operations.
• Ensure that all technical documentation (such as engineering drawings, blueprints, and contracts) is filed correctly and made accessible when needed.
• Archive completed project documents according to company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Prepare and generate reports related to document management, including document status, revisions, and approvals, for management review.
